Scheduled Standard Maintenance Report

It would be beneficial to have a standard Maintenance report that covers the following on a scheduled basis:

1) Average Alarm rate Vs EEMUA / ISA Standards based on the schedule.

2) Maintenance Critical Tags and Key devices in problem.

3) Tags with repeated problems ( 1 year history ).

4) Controller loading, Network Loading, Nodes that have failed, Communication failure, Spare availability

5) Last Historian / Database backup date

6) SIS specific issues

7) Asset status based on the Asset Portal View.
